I have a busy week. Today is my next to last guitar lesson at Lantana Road Library. Next Thursday is my last lesson. Friday I am performing at Artesano Cafe in Dania Beach. I has been a crazy 17 days since I last sent an email to you wonderful people on my list. What have I been up to? And what am I up to now? Well, first of all, I was doing a lot of gigs in August and then I came down with a major cold. Not CoVid. Just a cold but a real doozy, a whopper. Hey there friends! I've been sick as a dog for about 2 weeks with a titanic cold. Yes, a cold. "Just" a cold, but this one is a pip, rhinovirus on steroids!! Coughing, stuffed up nose, stuffy head, achy, tired, sore throat. Mainly the coughing and stuffiness is bothering me the most. I had 2 CoVid home tests early on and they were both negative but I couldn't sing without coughing up a lung so a few gigs got cancelled as well as a couple of guitar lessons at Lantana Road Public Library. This has been a very busy and fun summer for me in South Florida. Working quite a bit and having a good time doing it. This weekend I'll be in Stuart, Plantation, and West Palm Beach. Things are beginning to look very good for summer. There are a few very good new venues that have started to book me. I am encouraged and inspired by their support. This week I will be performing as a solo at Kelly Brothers in Fort Lauderdale on Friday.
