I'll be performing at a new venue for me on Friday June 12 in Juno Beach called The Thirsty Turtle. Come on out, it's a terrific place.
Later in the month I'll be the guest host & featured performer at Kelly's Irish Bar on Wednesday June 24.
And on Tuesday, June 30 there will be a very special performance at the Glades Road Branch Library to celebrate America's 250th Anniversary of Independence Day. aI will perform a mix of patriotic tunes & freedom tunes, as well as blues, classic rock, and jazz from some of America's most influential music artists. There will be handout sheets so we can all sing along together on some of the tunes so come down and join the fun.
I am still offering private lessons either live and in-person if possible or via Zoom, or Facetime on guitar, slide guitar, vocals, songwriting, harmonica and bass. Send me an email if you are interested in having a discussion to see whether I can help you grow as a musician. Remote lessons are $45/hour. I prefer payments to be made via Zelle or Venmo, or if necessary Pay Pal.

The Blues On Tap Jam will be hosted every Wednesday at Kelly Brothers by: Adam Uhlan (vocals & guitar) along with Lenny Chesal or Tommy Coe (drums), Jake Luger or Jerry Mascaro or (keyboards), and David Hadley (bass). This week the special guest is two time NY Music Award winner Robert Ross (vocals, guitar, slide guitar, & harmonica). The band will perform together for the first set and then jam with some of the finest blues musicians in the county from 7:30pm to 11:00pm. Come down and join the fun. Thank you Adam.

Celebrate Freedom & America’s 250th with Robert Ross

Award winning singer, songwriter, guitarist & harmonica player Robert Ross lights up a room as a one man band with a wide variety of roots music in celebration of Freedom & America’s 250th. The audience will have a chance to sing along on some great American classics by Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Louie Armstrong, Muddy Waters, Woody Guthrie, and Pete Seeger. There will be a few original songs as well. Thank you Craig and Lindsay.

I will be taking on a limited number of dedicated guitar, bass, and harmonica students regardless of age or current level of expertise.

Robert is a two time New York Music Award winner and a New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee. Robert is known for a wide variety of blues, jazz, soul, country, rock ‘n’ roll, folk, and other roots music. Robert worked and recorded with Big Joe Turner and also worked with Lightnin’ Hopkins, John Lee Hooker, Otis Rush, Big Mama Thornton, Brownie McGhee, Memphis Slim, and other legends. One of Robert’s songs was recorded by Johnny Winter, and two other songs appeared on the soap opera “All My Children”. The Robert Ross Band has released 7 internationally distributed CDs and toured two continents. Robert has been teaching guitar for more then 25 years privately, and 13 years in NYC public schools. Robert’s work in the schools has been cited by the NY State Council of the Arts (NYSCA) for “best practices in arts in education programming”.

Lessons are $25 per half hour, and $45 per hour.
